Some people have vitamin deficiencies, and taking a good multivitamin can help acne.
From age 17 to 23, I had terrible acne. Up to 28 new, pus-y pimples a day. (I don't think that's how you spell pimples with pus but I am NOT going to say p***y pimples). In the Army, the VD specialist who happened to be good at acne as well, started me on tetracycline, four days later my face was totally clear, and I took it for some years. Last I heard tetracycline is still what dermatologists do for stubborn adult acne.
The problem with antibiotics, is they cause major vitamin deficiencies. A buddy put me on to Vitamin-B supplements, which eliminated the chronic fatigue I had suffered from. Soon after that, the acne went away, and I no longer needed antibiotics.
When one takes antibiotics, one should also eat a lot of yogurt, or drink sweet acidophilus milk, or both.

I have heard that honey works..never tried it.
less greasy foods, more sunshine on that moonface, and wash that crater face more often wash your face with warm soapy water or cut your head off both works great !!
I used to have little break outs all the time on my chin, Well ever since i have went to the tanning bed (8 times now) I haven't seen 1 pimple!
So i recommend going out in the sun and getting it burned or go to a tanning bed
