Why do I have pimples on my cheek?

Question:
When I first got pimples they were on the back of my neck for some reason. Slowly, they migrated to my nose and forehead area. Now, everything is clear except for pimples on my cheeks and shoulders(which I never had until my forehead and nose cleared up). Why is it that areas like my forehead is spotless, but my cheeks have a lot?

Answers:
The sebum which reaches the skin surface by emptying through the skin surface opening of the follicle. The hair follicle opening is sometimes called the pore. The sebum causes the cells from the follicular lining to shed more rapidly and stick together, forming a plug at the hair follicle opening. Bacteria grow in the mixture of oil and cells in the follicle. These bacteria make chemicals that stimulate inflammation and cause the wall of the follicle to break. The sebum, bacteria, and dead skin cells spill into the skin causing redness, swelling, and pus - and cause acne.

The pores on your back, neck and nose and forehead must have closed up. And the pores on your cheeks and shoulders must be more open right now. As you grow and get older your pimples will more than likely go diminish.
