Help deciphering Dreams that involve Trains. Please?

Question:
Ever since I was little I've been having dreams about trains. I live in NYC and the subway is a daily part of life for me. But whenever I dream about them it's oddly scary, they are portrayed as dark and scary and they rarely meet their destinations. I've had this one reoccuring dream in which my mother and I are in a train station and it's lit with these bright florecent lights that hurt my eyes. We end up getting into what on the outside looks like a typical NYC subway train except that its almost at a 90 degree angle and on the inside it resembles an Amtrack train. We settle in and as i'm looking out the window a woman is arguing with a man over whats in her bag. The the train doors close and i notice that theres no tunnle opening and before i can say something we take off and then usually the dream switches or I wake up. I've had this dream since I was 6. Usually in my dreams I'm on the R, A, L, J, M or G train I only take the A and the L regularly though. I have no idea what train

Hi, maybe I can help. I've spent years decifering dreams and am willing to do this for free.

The first thing you need to remember is that dreams are the minds way of releasing built up ideas, tension and just general thoughts that have been provoked by the days events. So lets first concentrate on what you do daily.
First, you state that you take the A and the L regularly. So obviously your subconcious has noted this.

Now to what I call, dream keys and descriptions...
Train Station - Moving towards something new... usually a change in relationships.
Trains - usually ones life journey... mostly the train has a destination that is reached.
Train Carriage - Specific areas of ones life.
Bright Lights - Intuition, ones self
Mother - Unity of family, spiritual essence of just general well being and again, intuition. Nurturing.

So basically, this is what I gather from the whole thing...
Your mother is YOUR idea of what is protecting you from the scary trains that you don't normally ride. However the big bright lights in the train station (that hurt your eyes) are telling you to possibly seek out YOURSELF as your form of protection. Hence the unbelieveable brightness. That the trains, that aren't all too often destin anywhere... those are simply the PATHS NOT TAKEN and you don't see the destination because you're afraid of traveling the unknown. So of course everything seems odly scary. You convert the subway train into Amtrack maybe because it interests you more. And the 90 degree angle is telling you to go for it. Haven't you heard the saying, "my life just took a 90 angle"? Meaning it didn't completely stray from what you know, it just lead in a more interesting direction.
So basically....... learn to trust your blaring intuition. You're a person who can watch over herself. And don't be afraid of something new or unknown. However, remember your Mom's words, advice and remember that she'll always be there to help if needed.
