sweating lot?

Question: yes he is around 93kg but he has only big belly.. the rest everyting perfect he doesnt look that fat.. actually he always make fun that he sweat lot cause of heart problem this and that. i never take it serious that time but now i feel scared.he is sleeping now i couldnt sleep thats why i came her to ask. he has knee problem also doctor asked him to reduce weight and he has hand shivering also. all this make me scared. yes will sweat even winter climate also but winter can tell less summer he will sweat lot even simple sitting in the house also.
