Question: there's this kid in my neighborhood who is really tiny. he's 11 years old and just a little bigger than his 6 year old sister. his speech is always slurred and a unclear. he doesn't seem to be retarded but when he sits on the couch flipping through a book, he does talk to himself a lot. what am i describing? is this autism?
