is going to bed 12 o clock every nite good?

I am young and i go to bed real late ever since like 3 yrs. but i sleep in sumtimes i don't. my average hours every nite of sleep is 7 hours or 8 hours.. is that healty enough? its jsut the TV that keeps me up..

going to bed at 12 o'clock is not bad..but at least not at all times. besides your only reason for that is watching tv. we need sufficient hours for sleep to rest after all.remember the song early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy and wealthy and wise. don't you want it? to become healthy and wealthy and wise.besides, getting enough sleep makes you become ready for the next day.in addition, it also keeps you from experiencing stress..

As long as you are getting a decent amount of sleep everynight, you can go to sleep at whatever time you want. 8 hours of sleep every night is recommended.

that's ok but try not to watch tv before bed. later in life u might develope a sleep disorder a person needs atleast 8_9hours of slleep daily so as to get a healthy and well-functioning brain.but being a TV addict is not good as your brain may be affected!


I go at 9pm.
