What do I do if i cannot sleep at nighttimes?

Get out of bed. Go into another room, but don't turn on any lights. Make yourself a cup or herbal tea. Sit quietly and sip the tea. Don't make any sounds, just sit breathing evenly and quietly. You should want to sleep.

GO TO A DOCTOR AND ASK HIM A CURE FOR INSOMNIA.

exercise stay active during the day and stay away from bright lights at bed time. like the tv, computer, etc. force yourself to sleep..or u can take sleeping pills too


do more physical work


Cease drinking caffeine 6 hrs. before bedtime.

ASK YOUR DOCTOR FOR A SLEEPING PILL CALLED AMBIEN.It works really good. I work third shift and sometimes it effects me on my nights when im off and wann sleep normally. This pill really helps u get the 8 hrs of sleep u need. Warm milk. No caffeine, late in the day. Turn off lights.

I usually fall asleep with the t.v. on with the timer, so I can watch some thing till (my eyes burn lol &) I get sleepy, but that's just me.

Some ppl take a tylenol pm, I wouldn't do it all the time though.
