There's always the backside. But you HAVE to use a lot of lube and be careful back there. It's not an easy solution, you have to know what you're doing.

you (the female) should always be on birth control. even with those two working simutaneously, its not 100% safe that you wont get preggers.

Well ALWAYS use a condom if you are not in a commited and serious relationship to protect yourself from diseases. To make completely sure that you don't get pregnant, try going on birth control AND using a condom, that's double protection and almost 100% positive to prevent pregnancy

Pill and condom, and you even get spermicide to be extra extra extra careful.

I personally only use the pill, and its worked for me so far.
