Answers:
does the word Addiction ring a bell ? it should cause that is what is happening with her slowly but surely she will come addicted to them if she hasn't already . I am sure there are health risk but i don't know them cause i am not a doctor of which you and she both need to talk to help her get off of them so that she won't become co-dependent on them to fall asleep everynight. Milk, music , and reading a book will surely help some one fall asleep along with PRAYER FIRST OF ALL AND MOST OF ALL, THAT WORKS BETTER THAN ANYTHING ALONG WITH AFTER THAT exercises , and those other ones i mentioned, and talking with a doctor about it as well.

wouldn't you overdose if you took 30 a night?
30 a night would kill you so I think you're overreacting there.
But she'll become dependent on pills, and theres a clinic that specialises in patients who are drug dependent for sleep or any other reason.
And dont say to a doctor shes taking 30 a night, they'll assume shes a drug addict, and she probably just wants a good nights sleep.
It certainly looks like she is physically dependent on the drugs.
Depending on the type of medication, there may be problems if she stopped suddenly. However, with some drugs, the window between getting an effect and overdosing becomes narrower - she is in danger of an overdose.
If she wants to be free of her addiction, she needs to see an addiction specialist to taper the drugs and give her emotional support during what will be a difficult period. Please encourage her to get help.
God bless you both, and good luck!
