My eyesight keeps getting worse year after year...?

Every year i get about 100(shortsighted) and i don't know what to do.
I am not a hardcore computer or console gamer but and I go on the computer at the most 3-4 hours everyday.

You better go to your eye doctor. Also, please eat carrots and food rich in Vitamin A. Also, you can try the acupressure by pressing your fingertips. And one thing more, please do not wash your face after using the computer.
Often it's not the fault of technology such as the computer or video game. Sometimes it's disibility or heredity that brings on the horrible eyesight. I'm 20/600 and my last exam told me that it is trickling to a halt. Yours should, too.
