i have no clue it's not bad for adults.it actually keeps the skin moist so it doesn't dry out. I use it on my hands because i have a baby and I don't want to touch him with rough hands.

Yeah its better for you skin than lotion, in a way that it does not contain any alcohol which can dry you skin out. Most lotions are alcohol based.
