is there any way besides cream to make boobs fimer and higher?

Question:
i breast fed and its not bad but not what i had before what can i do

Answers:
Yeah -- don't age and don't have kids. Try focusing on your intellectual and emotional growth and then you won't care when you reach that stage of life for a woman when her boobs bounce off her knees when she takes her bra off.

Exercises can help with this. Cream? That's GOT to be an old wive's tale.
Abdominal, back and chest exercises will help. A tight chest muscle will "lift" the breasts, and a strong back will keep the posture straight. Slouching makes a fallen chest look much worse. Most women develop rounded shoulders after nursing for a while from the weight of carrying baby a lot. Spend a little money and get a personal trainer to design you a program you can do at home, or try some of "The Firm" videos, which are excellent toning videos.
You could get a breast lift (surgery). Wait until you are finished having babies and breastfeeding, though, because you could lose the firmness.
You need to invest in a spa program to strenghten the muscles on your chest.
And then follow the exercise program selected to enhance your bust line.
firm them up with the help of your partner let him rub the cream in they will soon be their perky selves again ,unless this leads to other things and you become pregnant again !whoops .
PUSH-UPS
I don't think you will get results with the cream..Sorry..Exercises can help with the underlying muscles to make the boobs look higher. Plastic Surgery is also another option albeit expensive and painful.
