What does it mean...?

Question:

If you see what looks like static from a t.v screen. Like when the t.v is recieving no signal and you see black and white spots.

If you see that all the time what does this mean?

Your talking about your vision is like this and not on the TV right? If so you need to see a doctor and an optometrist. My vision gets like that occasionally after a hard workout but usually goes away once my heart rate goes down. but if yours is constant see a doc right away.

Optical problems. You need to have your eyes checked, that's all.
