Its called neuropathy. It is the nerves being affected in your feet. This is usually caused by diabetes that is untreated. There could be other reasons, depending on the other symtoms. Do you have atheletes foot or other fungal infection, there are many causes, but diabetes is the most common cause. Get to the doctors for sugar test.

it could be planar fasciitis (fash-I-tis) an inflamation of the connecive tissue in the soles of the feet, very painfull but cureable, talk to a physical therapist or a podiatrist
