I wish to start waking up at 5am every morning. No matter what time I go to sleep, I just can't do it.Any tips?
Question:
Answers:
You need to sleep every night at 10 for at least 2-3 months, and set your alarm to 5, this way it will be easier for you body at first to accept waking up early, do this even on weekends at first. Probably by the time the 2-3 months passes, you will be waking up at 5 without the help of the alarm, but still you should keep using it and start gradually getting to sleep later.
Worked for me, I have been waking up at 5:30 for more than 4 years now.

You will need an alarm clock. You can't regulate your body to awaken at 5AM if you don't get a regular falling asleep routine in place.
I don't know what state you live in but you a solution (not practical) would be to move where the time zone is behind. For exampl if you live in the central time zone, you could move to Hawaii and getting up at 5 am there would be like getting up at 9 or 10 in the central zone. I know it is a dumb answer but it is an idea. Alarm clock.
get a clock set it for 5 am .but put it so you can't push the soonze button
