Medical speaking there is no funny bone. When you smack your elbow, running down the inside part of your elbow is a nerve called the ulnar nerve. The ulnar nerve controls feeling in your fourth and fifth fingers. It's also one of the nerves that controls the movement of your wrist.
You get that funny feeling when the ulnar nerve is bumped against the humerus, which is the long bone that starts at your elbow and goes up to your shoulder.
It is called the funnybone because humerus bone sound like the word "humorous". It is also called that because other people think it is so funny when you hit yours.
Other Answers:
Humorus bone.
Funny enough, it's called the humerus bone.
The humerus. That's why it's nicknamed the funny bone.

It isn't a bone, it is the ulnar nerve.
Your humerus bone.
actually its not even a bone!! Its a bunch of nerves.
The "funny bone" is actually a big lump of bone that projects from one end of the ulna, one of the 2 bones in the forearm. You can feel the ulna by puutting your hand out as if for a handshake and running your other hand along the sharp bony lower margin of your forearm. You'll notice that the ulna ends as a sharp point at your elbow. This point is called the olecranon (o-LEK-ra-non). A very large nerve called the ulnar nerve runs alongside it in its journey from the neck, the armpit, and the arm to the forearm. When you bang your olecranon against something, the ulnar nerve can be compressed. This causes a sensation of painful tingling and numbness along the lower margin of your arm. The next time you happen to do this by accident, notice the boundaries of the numb sensation. This is almost always confined to the little finger and 1/2 of the 4th finger, which are innervated by the ulnar nerve.

I think the ulnar nerve passes through the ulnar notch, right next to the olecranon process, but it's been a few years since I took anatomy.so I just call it the funny bone, too. But it isn't really very funny when you bump it on something.
