What can keep me awake other than coffee?


Question:
I don't drink coffee nor do I desire to start. I sleep 6-8 hrs a night normally but I am still tired during the day. Any suggestions on how I can keep my energy up without falling asleep when I get home from work?

They say eating a cold apple in the morning is the same as drinking coffee. Also, throughout the day you might try to eat more protein, that could be the cause. I eat a ProMax protein bar in the midday and I'm fine when I get home.

Exercise, it will jumpstart the heart and body and then you won't be able to sleep plus it has an added health benefit.

Listen to your body . it's not abnormal to feel like taking a little nap!
everyone will probably say water b/c dehydration makes you sleepy - also make sure you are getting a good night's sleep - not tossing and turning etc., I enjoy teas and juices also

do you exercise? do you drink a lot of water? If no, try that. The body tires easily from lack of both.
