You should get your THYRIOD checked.
Drink plenty of water. I suggest you try water therapy, which is drinking water (4 glasses) as soon as you wake up in the morning, and not having breakfast until after 45 minutes later. This should help cleanse your system.

Also, aid your digestive system by not eating/drinking anything within two hours after a full meal. This helps your stomach focus on digesting food. Eating or drinking some more within the next two hours after a meal only makes your stomach work harder, requiring more energy from you (which is one reason why you may be feeling lethargic).

Water therapy also helps cure a lot of illnesses, among them are diabetes, sinus headaches, obesity, etc. But don't forget to see your doctor to make sure. Good luck.
Your urine is misty and dark because you are dehydrated! Drink more water!! It should lighten up in a couple of days! And also consider the fact that there could be blood in your urine! If it persists after you drink the water, PLEASE go see a Urologist! They will probably do a urinalysis to check and see if thats it and look for other things too! It's best to be safe than sorry!! Good Luck!
