Hold your breath and swallow 3 times. Not easy, but works.
SLOWLY consume a teaspoon of sugar. It has something to do with the way you breathe and swallow it. I don't know exactly how it works, but it does, every time. I would not suggest this if you have problems with your blood sugar though.
