Go to the Hospital, it could be so many different things. Especially if you have other symptoms with it.

my friends brother did and he almost died. bcuz the stupid Dr's didn't want to listen to him and told him that it wasn't his appendix that hurt. how r going to tell someone where they r really hurting? now that's just wrong.
if your a girl it could be cramps its happened to me b4 when i first started my period i ran to my mom and i thought my appendicitis was going to explode. she assured me that my appendicitis was not on the left side. :)

any vomitting , and right leg severe pain ? if yes , directly go 2 hosital , else try to drink some hot herbal drink , and see what happens
