Hold your breath

Live your life to the max and die of old age with the people you love around you. Things will get better and there is no reason to end it all. People fight for the right to live, I have seen people with terminal cancer wishing that they could continue with their lives and they never take a second for granted. The bottom line is suicide is selfish! Just think of all the people you will leave behind and your death is more hard to deal with because people know that you caused it yourself.

The best way to die is to try doing the opposite as best you can. you know how it always seems to be the opposite of what you want or try to do.

Anyway everyone of us committing suicide every night (Sleeping is temporary death committed by us willingly)and that is God's gift given to every life on this earth. If you succeed on this everyday peacefully, then no need of extending to day too.

Please get help. Whatever problems you may be having right now they are temporary. Suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problems.
