some advice would be good?
Question:
Answers:
Since you clearly cannot claim Incapacity Benefit per se and you indicate in your question that you are married and being supported by your husband then Income Support is equally out of the question.
It is possible that you may be able to claim Disability Living Allowance but since this is mainly for people who are physically disabled the questions the Department poses on the claim forms are biased towards physical disability. It is not therefore an easy task but not totally impossible. All I can say is go for it and apply. Also, even if they do turn you down - DO NOT accept their first answer - you have a statutory right of appeal against their determinations. I am not sure about the UK, but in the US there are plenty of companies that need people to do billing and other work from home on thier computer And obviously you have a computer. Search "work from home" on your search engine.
I would suggest getting off of prescription medication altogether. I have a similar condition and I have found 3 natural products that keep me from ever needing prescription medication.
5-HTP
SAMe
L-Tyrosine
These are available in health food stores here in the US. If they aren't available in the UK, you may be able to order them. You can get training to work at home. I have never let my affliction control my ability to work. Prescription medication makes it difficult to function.

try volunteering there is plenty of organisations that need bodies and dont need you to keep regular hours and will be happy for any time you can give, or if you want something more structured take some training courses - because your hubby is working your unlikely to qualify for many benefits because they are related to earnings of the household unless your hubby is on a low income in which case you may be able to get top ups eg family credit or similar
