yes they do. i used to be a nurse and while i worked in a nursing home we often found residence having sex or masturbating. and for those curious--yeah we let them do their thing.

my grandad was still telling my mum about his sex life until he was in his early 80s. He is now 88 and almost too frail to walk, but if he was still having sex at 80, I imagine he must still masturbate!

Ha ha. yeah they do, I'm sure no one here wants to picture it but i know my friend is always telling me about her grandparents fighting all the time because her grandfather who is 83 wants to have sex and her grandmother who is in her late 70's don't want to!! Being old does not preclude you from anything that life offers and that still includes enjoying sex. It will not be like it was in your 20's, but still very very gratifying, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it.

I used to work in a few nursing homes and the answer is yes. Especially the men, i know it's gross to think about, but they do indeed still do it.
