i cant get to sleep i need help?

Concentrate on your breathing when trying to fall asleep.

im srry i got the same problem! usually i just take a warm shower
throw away all your worries and feel relax on the bed give all your worries to god who will make you sound sleep
If you cannot sleep try a hot bath and a hot cup of tea (decaf). If that isn't helping maybe try a couple of tylenol sometimes that will help you to sleep. But if your non-sleeping is caused by stress I would suggest seeing your doctor for a sleeping pill just until you are less stressed. hope all goes well for you...

But lets eliminate the obvious ones 1st.
1) Medical issues, Let the Medical Professional resolve them,

2) Issues within our control,
a) Work Stress.
Work occupied most of our waking hours, issues may spread to our other parts of life, family or sleep.
b) Worries, be it relational, studies, health
Friend/Lovers/Family issue. Amount of School work, Health
c) Can't sleep, don't know why type.

Why these stuff are within our Control?
Well if you can do something about it, fine, Do it Then. Otherwise, Don't Think too much, unless throwing your Brain Power at the issues will solve the issue, do it. Time to Sleep, Just Focus on Sleeping.

Prepare to Sleep
Get into a pattern of Preparing to Sleep. Try to Sleep at about the same time, in the same comfortable environment, not too cold or warm.

If a wash help to sleep, ensure that your body are dried out before hitting the bed.

Calm yourself down, medicate. No Drugs or Alcohol, unless prescribe by Medical Professional.

No TV, or loud exciting music, slowly get the body into a calm mood and sleep.

Some Food, Drinks help to Sleep, Light Snacks, Warm Milk, but no Coffee or Team unless proven to work for you. Everyone is fairly unique, some drinks work for some, does not work for others.

3) Issues beyond our Control,
Get Help, when Help is not available, made best use of the Time, and Sleep. Read the Above.
