When I go to get ice out of the ice bin it stays cold?

Question: Whenever I go to ice and put it a cup my hand feels normal. When I take it out it seems to stay cold. It seems to take over a minuite to get back to the normal temperature again. Then it is the normal body heat temp. What is wrong? Should I see a doc?

Normal, it takes the blood awhile to reheat your hand and to remove the coolness from it.
