The best way I can help you (I have this same problem and it has continued for a year and half) is put on some slow music, layin a dark dark room and just close your eyes. Or just have some kind of repeated background noise (the a/c or fan). Just clear your mind when you try to sleep... or atleast, try your best to clear your mind.
I have the same problem, and I haven't been able to reset my internal clock. As soon as the sun comes up, I start feeling tired! I sleep a few hours and then I keep going until 5 am again! Try taking a melatonin supplement at about 8 pm in the evenings. This has helped me a little bit. I think it's psychological. I'm resistant to going to sleep!
i think u should consult a docter and when u go to bed stop thinking about other things relax ur mind have a warm glass of milk and then go to sleep with a calm mind i think it will really help u out neways but do consult ur docter
I have the same problem. I'm usually not in bed until 6 a.m. You could try turning off all distractions and the lights in yout home.
Try exercising. Also, before bed have a glass of red wine.
embrace your sleeplessness. fight sleep as much as you can. sooner or later you'll just pass out
i live in that hell myself. my days ar"nt seperated ,the week is one long day to me....i have no answer .just lettin u know that theres alot of us out there.....the regular people wouldnt understand.
