You know who could help you with this.? A doctor. I hope you'll consult one as soon as you can!
Please go to the doctor, it could be anything, from a virus to being underweight for your height. Please go and get it checked out.
Go see a doctor!
It could be hormones acting crazy or low blood sugar. Try monitoring what you eat and if you haven't eaten in awhile, grab a piece of hard candy or an orange. It could be high sugar or too low of sugar. If its too high, have a glass of coffee. You might want to get checked out.
wow.that doesn't sound good at all..first tell your mom or dad.or some other adult close to you..and then im sure they will take you to the doctor.cuz having seizures.or anything close to a seizure isnt normal and is definitly something that needs to be examined.so go tell someone.NOW !
For starters, try getting up more slowly, and if you feel woozy, go back to the couch instead of walking around until you fall on the floor.
The lightheaded fainting sounds more like low blood pressure. Go to the Doctor and get this checked. For now try to change positions slowly. Don't just stand up like you normally would or even sit up fast from a lying position. The sudden changes in position are what cause the fainting, passing out and light headedness. The slight jerking may also be attributed to this. Low blood pressure is as dangerous as high blood pressure. Get to a Doctor and get treatment as soon as possible.

Another possibility is your diet.have you had these spells when you haven't eaten anything in the past 3-4 hours? Your weight sounds low for someone of your height. If your blood sugars get low it will cause the same symptoms. It might be as simple as making sure you are eating regularly.
Some times when some one gets choked out they do the same thing. if it is as bad as you say may be you shouldn't get up so fast, or exercise more.
i would say you had a couple seizures your parents need to take you to the doctor to be checked out
From what you describe, you are suffering from "Vertigo" in conjunction with the "spondilytis". There could be a possibility of low blood pressure.

As everyone else suggested, please consult your regular doctor whom you have been seeing for sometime. The possibility is you may need hospitalisation.
