That depends on if the case was documented by your employer and if you went to see a doctor after it happened. If you have neither it will be a very hard case to prove in court. You should talk to a lawyer who offers free consultation.
Everything has to be documented such as the initial injury, the doctors seen, etc.. The injury appearantly has also effected your typing.
