How do I..?

Question:
Okay, here's the deal.Summer started so that means no school. And everyone knows that during the summer you stay up late and you sleep in.Well, that's what I did.I stay up till about 5 a.m. and sleep all the way till 4 p.m.I'm like a freakin vampire now.I sleep during the day and wake up at night.I'm trying to go back to my regular sleeping time, but I can't.On yesterday,I stayed up the whole night, and didn't sleep in the morning so I could sleep the next night.Well,I was really tired.I thought I was going to sleep for the whole night, but I didn't.I slept at 8 p.m. and woke up at 12 a.m.What should I do to get my regular sleeping time back?

Answers:
TAKE SOME DAMN TYLONAL PMS!! AND PASS OUT, GET DRUNK AND PASS OUT..DRINK NYQUIL AND PASS THE HELL OUT AND WHILE YOUR AT IT SLEEP WITH IT AND FORM A RELATIONSHIP WITH IT BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE YOU NEED IT.i got the same problem.and the only way to fix it is to do one of the above..unless you are strong minded to do it.

You need to wake up at your regular time. Whether you go to bed at 9 p.m. or 1. a.m. Try to stay up till evening and set your alarmclock.

Good luck.

you can set an alarm clock to go off at 12pm the first time you try to get back on hours and then go to bed at 8pm , then set it to 11am next time and do the same till your back on the schedule you need to be , usually staying up all night and then going to bed early works for me but if it doesnt this is what i do and it works very well. Patience and persistence. Those are the keys to any type of success. You've messed up your circadian rhythm so bad, it's going to take some time. Just force yourself to go to bed at the desired time, stay in bed until the desired time, and get up at the desired time. In time, your body will get the message. Might take a week or two, but it will happen (provided you're not using crank).

lol ur cute.(^_^)

You just need to go back to your normal sleeping pattern. It will take a few night before your body gets back to it's normal sleeping cycle. Don't go to bed that early so that you won't wake up in the middle of the night. Try taking melatonin at bed time. You can buy it over the counter.
