Just for the record, it's potassium that's the most important for keeping leg cramps away. Yes, magnesium is also important, but if the lack of a nutrient is causing leg cramps, more often than not, it's potassium.
As for helping your cramp, I'm sure it has long since gone away, either with the passage of time or from the recommendations of the other answerers. I just wanted to share my 2 cents' worth. :) Good luck!
