I have M.S going blind where can I work if I could not walk or see?What kind of training should I get?

How about a place like guide dogs for the blind? Before losing your sight all the way maybe you could train these animals and then it could be 2 fold for you ,you could train and then if ever needed then you would have knowledge of how to use your training for yourself?
