If you have ringworm will a fever also be present.?

Question: I am not sure if my son has ringworm or not. He has an inflamed red ring on his chest and a fever the last two days with absolutely no other symptoms. Does this sound like ringworm and would ringworm be accompanied with a fever

Yes. It does sound like ringworm. He will need an atibiotic for it. My son got ringworm from a swimming pool. Right on his chest too., and he ran a fever with it. Good luck!
