If you're having fevers and pains, you might have a strain of a flu virus. The neck pains might be a pinched nerve, but the fevers I don't think, would be related to that. The two might not be related, but if you feel weak and are feverish, it sounds like the flu, which can result in a lot of strange and severe muscle pain. Try to make sure you're eating sensible foods, drink PLENTY of fluids, especially water, and perhaps take some vitamins or a vitamin C pill (gives you the vitamin without the sugars and acids of orange juice). Even if you can't sleep, rest. If you feel weak then you're body is tired. If your symptoms persist, perhaps check with a doctor. For now, if you like, try sites like WebMd.com and match your symptoms and find some home remedies. Get well soon!
