I have recently found a dent on the front of my head, is this somethjing I should worry about?

well dents on your head aren't any symptoms of any condition i've ever heard of, chances are you were either born that way, or fell when you were younger and have a scar. depending on the dent size and location it could also just be the way your scalp and head grew..i wouldn't worry about it, most people have dents bumps and indentations on there head...
It may just be the shape of your scull and the crevasses and indents that you feel.
