Where Do You Get Your Chicken Pox Shot?
I'm getting it today and I don't know if you get it in your butt my mom said you do! IM FREAKING!!
Has anyone ever smoked datura? I read the effects are milder and more tolerable if you smoke it?

I didn't.
Instead I got chicken pox. No fun.
More recently I got shingles which is another disease caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox. No fun again.
I hate shots also but believe me, wherever the doc sticks the needle, it is still better than coming down with chicken pox or shingles!

I didn't get a chicken pox vaccine. I got my immunity the old fashioned way by catching chicken pox when I was a kid. When my daughter was born, they kept saying that the vaccine was coming out soon, but it still wasn't available until all my kids had already had the chicken pox.
Usually, they don't actually give you shots in the butt but more in the back of the thigh. If it makes you feel better though, I had to get every shot in my butt when I was a kid because my arms were too small.

In the arm, most of the time.
Infants get their injections in their hips but I'm take it you're over two so you'll get one in the arm. Although, if you've already had the chicken pox as a child then there is no need for you to be vaccinated.
