Does anyone know what vitamin B4 is and what foods it's found in?

Question:

Answers:
Vitamin B4 is known as Adenine and is a constituent of both DNA and RNA.

According to my sources, referenced hereunder, Adenine is no longer considered to be a part of the complex known as vitamin B. As such, when you look at the list of vitamins in the B complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, etc.) vitamin B4 no longer appears as part of the list.

As for food sources containing it: meats (especially turkey and tuna), bananas, cereals and meat substitues.
