How do I get to sleep?

I've been in bed tossing around for about five hours.
It's 4:15 AM.

The only way to go to sleep is to think about everything except for wanting to go to sleep,the average human sleeps within 7 to 15 minutes.If you can't sleep,is there something wrong with the bed? No? Did you eat more sweets/carbs than usual,do you have a lot on your mind?Try to empty your mind,if you have any stress,confusions or problems,recognize them and try solving them,this should put you to sleep in 10 to 30 minutes.

You must be on the West Coast - I'm here, too, having the same problem. I was hoping someone here would have come up with a decent answer. I've already tried a glass of milk, but it hasn't kicked in yet. If you get desperate, you can take Benadryl. It's an antihistamine, which is what sleep aides are made of. Try warm milk. Try to keep some lavender at the house, lotion, bath bubbles, candles, etc. It will calm you down.

Well, have you got a lot of things on your mind? That could be the reason..you mind is too filled with stress or whatever. Just try and clear your head.
Or maybe drink warm milk, to help you get to sleep.

if u r male, think of ur girl friend. If u r female think of ur boy friend. Please don't think about ur wife, if u r married. you will get good sleep.
