Question:
its already killing me as it is. i have hiccups almost every other day. im always tired. i have low endurance when it comes to running and my heart rate takes forever to return to normal. i even sweat a lot and bruise easily. is there any way out of this? or at least something to lessen the symptoms?

Answers:
First, you must see a doctor. There are several types of anemia and your specific type must be diagnosed before it can be treated. If you are not iron deficient and take iron tablets, all that will happen is that you will pass the excess iron in the form of black, rock hard stool. Some anemias can be treated with iron supplements, some with B12 supplements and others merely with diet. Other, more serious forms can require hospitalization, major medications and in the extreme bone marrow transplant.
The human body is an extremely conserrvative organism, maintaining proper balance of all the constituents and losing only very small amounts of many. As it happens iron is one of these that is rarely lost anr rarely needs replacement. Normal iron balance is maintained through the excratory system and excess is shed in the stool. The only other way the body loses iron is blood loss. Women, approximately every four weeks af their youang adult into middle age suffer a significant blood loss and in some cases this is the cause of anemia in women, in this case irons supplements are indeed the proper treatment, but it must be prescribed and monitoredby a physician.

I have anemia.

Go to your doctor, you'd have to be taking iron supplements for it. At least, I hope you are. There's not much else you can do.
Have your doctor write a note to your gym teacher to excuse you from it..
Go to the doctor, he will prescribe you some iron tablets. Eat spinach and red meat to boost it as well. You have to change your diet a little to raise your iron levels to promote red blood cell growth.

your doctor should be the one to make this call. just avoid dairy or calcium rich products when you take your iron suppliments and make sure you get enough sleep. also, if you have your period, i would definately consult your doctor about upping your intake before your period each month since the lining of the uterus is super rich in iron and it might really effect your health.
In homeopathy two medicine are "Cal.Phos and Ferrum Phos. You should use these medicine.
when i was a kid i got iron shots it seemed to help. Tell your doctor.
How do you know you're anemic? If you haven't seen a doctor, you need to immediately. Don't take the iron tabs unless a doctor tells you to do so. Good health to you!
