No, provided you are able to perform your daily routine/tasks.
not not if you sleep during the day then
It is not harmful as long as you get enough hours of sleep. Think of bartenders and security guards...they seem to do ok with working night shifts.
If you are getting 8 hours of decent restful sleep, I bet its okay to stay up late. Just make sure you can sleep in more in the am. If you want to fall aseep faster and more deeply, try a cd with alpha beta waves and put it on next to your bed, or with headphones. it really helps my husband get "power sleep" when he has to get up before 8 hours is up.
Everyone needs some sleep. Are you getting some during the day to help make up for being up all night. I am a night owl also. and take naps watching tv during to day. I like to go on the computor at night, less distraction for games etc. I don't find it harmfu.ll, if you are getting some during the day. but if not learn to go to bed earlier. Pem,
Could be if you don't catch some z's during the day. As long as you sleep sometime, it shouldn't matter WHEN it is. If you don't get enough sleep, you're body (organs) tend to slack, and you can become very absent-minded, and get sick alot easier too.
If you don't have to be anywhere in the AM, and can sleep then, it shouldn't.
You should get a night job (or go to night school) if those are the hours you prefer to be awake. Be sure to be able to get enough rest in the daytime, though. Lost sleep cannot be made up - and everyone needs a minimum amount of sleep each day.
If you do need to work or go to school in the early daytime hours, you should only rest while in bed (if you can't sleep) don't read and watch TV. At least rest is helpful to your health.
No, as long as you are getting plenty of hours of sleep everyday. It doesn't matter what time of day you sleep. However, it is a proven fact that people who do not see sunlight often, have a better chance of being depressed. We are programed to need the sun & we feel happier when we see it regularly. Even if it is just keeping your blinds open during the day.
