Could Burt's Bees be bad?

Question: If you put Burt's Bees Lip Balm on your eyes, is it bad for you? I putting my contacts in after I used the lip balm and it made my eyes feel really cold. I don't know if this could harm them at all.

it wont cause any lasting damage, as long as you rinsed your eye out, it may feel uncomfortable for a day or two, but that should be it. lip balm has a menthol type chemical in it, which is what made your eye feel cold..you should be fine, people get worse in there eyes.

You shouldn't be putting any lip balm on your eyes, regardless of what brand it is.
