how can u stay up all nite? tips on staying awake?

because i tried to stay up to about 3:30-4 because thats when everybody shud be asleep. but i ended going to sleep on the 1st nite i tried to, and just last nite. i sleep in the living room, trust me its a LOT better than my bedroom; so cramped with my sister and i get privacy.

caffeine. soda, coffee, energy drinks, etc. also, find something to do that won't make you tired and stuff. It's easier to stay up when you're with friends. I haven't stayed up all night in a really really long time. I must have been like 10 last time I did, and even then, I went to bed in the morning at like 7.


Maybe you could talk your parents into getting your own room sometime?

Get pissed of at some one .an old girlfriend works for me .ask your self over and over why. and eat but be active so your metabolism don't go down when morning brakes go for a short walk like around the block.by noon the next day its going to hit you again eat something light but fill your self. like salad eat about every 2 hours buy the next night try to stay away from windows and clocks keep the light in the rooms your at the same to fool your body buy 6am you'll need a nap15min .set an alarm get up and eat no starch like bread or pasta .meat you can do this for 4 days or so then your body will let you know that's it you'll have the best sleep ever. promise


just work at staying up later a little bit at a time say you go to bed at 1030 to 11 pm try staying up an hour later for a couple of days and then keep doing the same thing until you're able to stay up all night or just drink tons of coffee or soda that will keep you awake bc you will be running to the bathroom constantly
