What's the normal height and weight for an 8-year-old girl?

Question: I'm writing a cartoon with that character and I want to make sure I get the physical stats correct.

You can make up just about anything as "normal" is very general. My 8 year old is 4'6" and 52 lbs but he is very tall for his age but of "average" weight. Most of the other kids in his class run from 4' even to 4'4". Hope that helps
