Ask her what you can do to help her. If she won't stop and is really really sick you might need to go to a hospital. Most people want to be left alone, so I would leave hear alone and not make comments, you don't want her to say the same thing if you were sick.

Umm, dude, I don't mean to worry you , but it might be something serious. Has she been drinking? If so, make sure she's rolled over on her side so she doesn't choke on her own vomit.
The big picture here, however, is determining if she's sick for a far more serious reason. If you have any doubts about why she's sick (and I can't stress this enough, any doubts WHATSOEVER!!!) Call 911. No, seriously, I mean it. Don't take any chances. Call 911 NOW!! if the situation calls for it.
