I am on my feet the whole time at work (8 hrs) Who has a good product or shoe to help my soooore feet?
Question:
Answers:
If you take out the existing insole from your shoe you'll see that it is VERY thin, most insoles are made out of foam which breakdown very fast. Look for any Soft Sol product, get gel or rubber. They last longer.

well, first you need to find a very very comfortable pair of shoes...then, when you get home at night you need to soak your feet in epsom salt!
If you can wear sneakers I've found sketchers to be very good and comfortable with a lot of support (I work on my feet 10 or more a day). When the shoes start getting older and lose some support like they all do eventually I get some decent heel guards and extend the shoe's life.
Hopefully you have one of those pads if you're standing in one spot. I hear Clarks are pretty good. Also easy Spirit and Dexter possibly. Go to a department store such as Nordstroms or Macys, they work on commission and may know better. I know it makes for a long day. Good luck!
if you can wear them wher you work rockport or easy spirt athletic shoes are the best for people who are on the feet all day
there is a pair of shoes called z-coil. They look kinda silly but the help a whole lot. They even take weight off your knees
go to a podiatrist. He can prescribe an insole which suits your feet and prevent long term damage.
Often they can recommend something over the counter which are right for your feet and conditions.
God Bless You, ;-)
Some rather inexpensive remedies include: Dr. Scholls gel pad
inserts for your shoes (be sure the ones you're wearing fit properly). A nice warm soak for your feet after a long hard day. Then have your feet elevated for a while every afternoon or night when you get off work. Dr. Scholls also has a line of foot creams, etc. There's a little "foot care" center located in Walmart and various drug stores. Just remember "Dr. Scholls" - then you can read on the different inserts and pick what you think....I know the gel ones are great. Foot soaks help tired, aching feet... and the cream would be a good "when you go to bed therapy". You may or may not want to wear some little soft cotton bootie socks over your creamed up feet - some prefer this and some can't stand it....so it's an individual opinion as to what is most comfortable to you. If you don't have a really good fitting flat shoe, now's the time to buy a pair. It'll be rather expensive, but well worth it to relieve the pain and soreness in your feet. I don't know what kind of shoes you have to wear to work, but Dr. Scholls has a line of shoes, also Reebok is a good brand, and something like AeroSport or AeroSpirit or something like that (I just heard of those last week). Good luck.
u should find a good man to rub your feet for you
