What's the best thing to do when you are being railroaded by the judicial system of ours?

Question:
I had a car accident oct. 16th 2004 as of yet, because of an officer that doesn't like hispanics decided that everything I said was a lie and the accident wasn't an accident(humm)my stering went out on my truck and I landed over a gas pump I was injured and I never got to see the medics the officer was convinced I was intoxicated(with a beer and half at dinner)and charged me with DWI walking out of the store where the clerk was nice enough to help me stop some bleeding on my forehead where I had hit the windshield.Upon reviewing the video the officer waived off the medics I never saw because they were behind me waiting for the officer to finish whatever it was he was doing .All said and done the charge still remains and I had to actually beg him to take me to the hospital to get checked out.Where things only became worse. He wouldn't even allow me to go the restroom nor give urine analysis the nurse requested to see if I had any bleeding inside. I am so angry with these type of people.

Answers:
Gte a Lawyer AND a private investigator to find out what planet this Cop is from. He's bound by the law to get you medical aide arrested or not.

Other Answers:
Man, if anyone needs a lawyer, it's you. Ask friends and co-workers for a good referral. Good luck!
I would get a lawyer. That officer is giving good cops a bad name. He should not have his job!! I don't care if you are Hispanic, Chinese, Middle Eastern or Caucasian. He had no right to deny you medical help. Checking the car (truck) will prove that there was steering issues and he refused the urine tests because he knew you were not drunk. You need to take him on. Counter sue the town for denial of medical treatment. Make them pay you for his racism.
How can he charge you with DWI? Did he give you a breathalyzer test? Was your blood or urine checked for alcohol? If there are no test results, it's unlikely that charge will stand up in court. Either way, it may be best to talk to a lawyer if you feel you're being treated unfairly.
i dont kno how to email you so i grew my up to like 2 to 3 inches before
