I have what I think is a swollen gland under each arm, but no other symptoms...?

Question: I have a knot under each arm that is very tender - it certainly seems like swollen lymph nodes or something like that. However, I'm not sick and have no other symptoms. Should I worry?

well it could be a blocked duct, could be an allergic reaction, i get them occasionaly under one arm...if it isn't something that goes away in 2 weeks, yup i would panic, but give it some time..take warm showers or baths, and advil..
