You could have a kidney infection, or just wear bad non-supportive shoes, it depends, mayby you should go see a doctor. You could have pulled something, pinched nerve, maybe your mattress sucks, bad posture, bladder infection? My middle back hurts a lot, but I'm pregnant, so that's what it means to me. Hope you figure it out.

That you need to see the doctor.

go docs love im not a doctor

other options - could be the way you are sleeping or a desk chair that doesn't support well. Make sure you have a shair with lumbar support.

Kidney pain is low on your back, and on both sides, so it doesn't sound like that. It sounds like frustration and improper lifting techniques, not to be oversimplistic.
