I see "small ghosts" in my eyes? LOL?

Question:

Sorry don't know how to describe it. But when I my eyes open or closed I always see sum stuff moving infront my eyes "ghost" kinda looking ones. Im wondering what it is.
I was thinking that they might be bacteria in my eyes. Shud I get a eye-washer and clean it out?

Or waht can I do to get rid of them?

this is normal.. that's the circulation... i keep forgetting what it's called.. but this is normal.

when you don't see it.. then there's something wrong with your retinal nerve and there maybe impeding issues with your blood pressure, any eye diseases... (macular) so on.

i used to have them then i lost them when my eyes were getting bruised by my malignant hypertension.

i miss them... i wish they were back.

don't worry those clouds and swirls.. are normal.. matter of fact they can be very relaxing if you make your peace with them.

someone help! tell us what the name of that 'anomaly' is.

my doctor called them 'floaters' dead blood cells floating round, sadly u cant get rid of them but they r normal.
