Is it bad if I take advil before drinking beer?
Question:
Answers:
Taking a couple of advil before or after drinking is not going to hurt you (just be sure you have some food on your stomach or else you could end up with stomach upset). What you want to avoid is taking Tylenol before or after consuming alcohol (or at all if you consume more than 4 alcoholic drinks per day). Tylenol is metabolized through the liver in a similar way to alcohol and the combination of the two can be very taxing on your liver.
The best bet for preventing a hangover is drinking plenty of water (especially if you alternate your alcoholic drinks with a glass of water here and there). But yes...advil is ok too as long as your alcohol consumption is not extreme.
Other Answers:
Yes ,and Advil is not even good for you!
nah, it ain't bad... I've had vicodin with beer before and still alive... don't trip with all those things people say.
If you /really/ want to know, I'd suggest calling the number on the pill bottle first before you do anything.
They'll give you whatever information you need to keep you safe from danger.
Not if you know where you can get another stomach when you get older. Try drinking Pedialite...spelling?or plain old Gingerale all night when you get home....like 4 cans of it.
