there is no rational reason that I can think of other than the extra Income Tax deductions.. Everything else can be had in any other relationship.. marriage is like any college degree, it is a merely piece of paper that prooves something that is alread obvious on the inside.. well, and an elaborate ceremony.

Sadly enough, too many people marry for the wrong reasons: Some women get married because they are afraid to be alone, some marry because of security (monetary), some marry out of fear of rejection or for status quo. That is sad. Some men marry for the same reasons. Those marriages don't end up in happiness. Please take your time - know and love yourself first. If you build a relationship with Jesus, you will see that you don't need to depend on anyone else. Then you can marry for love and not for imaginary necessity. Take your time 'til the right one comes along. Someone kind and loving who you can truly be happy with for the rest of your life.
